Mason will be this year’s recipients of the Special Tony Award for Lifetime Achievement in the Theatre. The honor will be presented at the 70th Annual Tony Awards on June 12 at the Beacon Theatre.Harnick has won a Pulitzer Prize, two Tony Awards, two Grammy Awards, two New York Drama Critics Circle Awards, three gold records and a platinum record. His collaboration with composer Jerry Bock produced such classics as She Loves Me and Fiddler on the Roof, revivals of which are currently running on Broadway. Other credits include Fiorello!, Tenderloin, The Apple Tree, The Rothschilds, A Christmas Carol, Rex, A Wonderful Life and The Phantom Tollbooth.Mason was the Founding Artistic Director of the Circle Repertory Company. You can see the photo gallery here.Wellington High School Juniors McKenna Oatout and Jared Shields made a presentation after the basketball game and before the Duke crowning. Keith then was presented a Wellington High School letter jacket, a Crusader shirt and a hat and the student body gathered around and sang him a rousing rendition of Happy Birthday. first_imgCLEAR LAKE — Two Mason City men were charged on Tuesday with harboring a runaway connected with a recent missing juvenile case in Clear Lake.Clear Lake Police Chief Pete Roth says 38-year-old Eric Anderson and 59-year-old Leroy Lomholt were arrested on a charge of harboring a runaway against the wishes of a parent.Both were booked into the Cerro Gordo County Jail and were being held on $2000 bond. The missing juvenile is safe and was reunited with her family.Roth says the incident remains under investigation and no further information will be released at this time.last_img
